Shipping  Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Your ordered products may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package depending On the availability of product while shipping the first parcel. (no extra charges will be added on you) 

Shipping cost:

We offer free shipping on all orders over AED 299 (some countries may be excluded) . For orders below AED 299, a flat shipping fee of AED 50 will be automatically added at checkout.

Shipping information:

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 weeks. 

Carriers:  

All our shipments are delivered by DHL, SMSA, UPS, SHIPA and PORTER.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or the order is from the made to order collection, shipments may be delayed by a few days up to 60 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

**سياسة الشحن**

فيما يلي الشروط والأحكام التي تشكل سياسة الشحن الخاصة بنا.

 

قد يتم شحن المنتجات التي طلبتها بشكل منفصل، وقد تتلقى أكثر من طرد واحد حسب توافر المنتج أثناء شحن الطرد الأول. (لن يتم إضافة أي رسوم إضافية عليك)

 

**تكلفة الشحن:**

نحن نوفر شحنًا مجانيًا لجميع الطلبات التي تزيد عن ٢٩٩ درهم إماراتي ( من المحتمل اسِتثناء بعض الدول ). أما الطلبات التي تقل عن ٢٩٩ درهم إماراتي، فستُضاف رسوم شحن ثابتة بقيمة 50 درهمًا إماراتيًا تلقائيًا عند إتمام عملية الدفع..

 

**معلومات الشحن:**

لا يمكننا إجراء تغييرات على الطلبات بعد إدخالها في نظامنا. لضمان تسليم طردك بشكل صحيح، تأكد من إدخال عنوانك بدقة ويشمل جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة. يعد استخدام الاختصارات الصحيحة، وأرقام الشوارع، وأرقام المباني أو الشقق، ومعلومات المسار (إذا كانت مطبقة) أمرًا ضروريا لضمان التسليم.

لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الشحنات المفقودة أو التي تم تسليمها بشكل خاطئ إذا كانت معلومات العنوان المقدمة غير صحيحة وقت الشراء.

 

**وقت معالجة الشحن:**

يتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال 3-5 أسابيع.

 

**شركات الشحن:**

يتم تسليم جميع شحناتنا عبر DHL، SMSA، UPS، SHIPA، وPORTER.

 

ملاحظة: إذا كنا نواجه حجم طلبات كبير، أو كان الطلب من مجموعة المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب، فقد يتم تأخير الشحنات لبضعة أيام تصل إلى 60 يومًا. يرجى السماح بأيام إضافية أثناء النقل للتسليم. إذا كان هناك تأخير كبير في شحن طلبك، سنتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.
