يجب إعادة المنتجات في غضون ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مهترئة وغير مغسولة ومرفقة بعلامات أصلية. يجب عدم ارتداء الأحذية ، وعدم ظهور أي علامات تدل على الاستعمال ، وإعادتها في عبواتها الأصلية.
لا يمكن تبديل او ترجيع القطع التي تحتوي علي عنوان (كمية محدودة)-
يجب أن تكون المنتجات خالية من البقع أو الماكياج أو مزيل العرق أو الاستعمال.
الملابس الداخلية وملابس السباحة ومنتجات التجميل ومستحضرات التجميل والإكسسوارات غير قابلة للإرجاع.
تتم معالجة المرتجعات في غضون 5-7 أيام عمل بعد تسليمالمنتجات الخاصة بك إلينا.

Returns Process
All returns must be processed through our Easy Returns system, accessible via the following link: https://return.missodd.com.

- Returns within the UAE
For products eligible for a refund, the full amount will be reimbursed using the original payment method, unless the customer requests a store credit in the form of a Miss Odd E-Gift Card.
Please note that all returns and refunds in the UAE are subject to compliance with the specific conditions outlined below.

For returns from countries outside the UAE, refunds will be issued as a store credit in the form of a Miss Odd E-Gift Card.

Online Returns Policy
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Products title starts with "ODD-" Or "SA-" cannot be exchanged or returned as they are under clearance discount.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Items with a mention (limited stock) cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damage, defective items must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
- We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Miss Odd items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via Email. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Miss Odd E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
* Prepaid orders can be canceled within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of the order.
Miss Odd is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Dubai, AE. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Miss Odd will not issue store credit for your returns.
In case of refusal to receive the order up to a period of 60 days from the date of purchase, the shipment will be destroyed by the shipping company, and it is not permissible to request a refund of the amount paid - in some cases, the shipment is re-shipped to the customer after paying the shipping costs and tax again.
